All Apex Path transactions close exclusively through licensed, state-recognized title companies. We do not close directly, and neither you nor we control the escrow process. The title company is an independent third party responsible for conducting title searches, verifying chain of title, issuing title insurance, and disbursing funds.

4. SMS Terms

• Program. Apex Path LLC sends text messages to people who enter their phone number on our contact form and tick the optional SMS consent checkbox. Submitting the form without ticking the checkbox does not opt you in.
